The Cook’s Garden supports the growing food revolution through our efforts to bring the production of food closer to the consumption of food by promoting our approach to hyper-locavorism; returning to our agrarian past and bringing it back into our urban centers.
Our urban farmers work with the best and brightest chefs and mixologists and local residents in the heart of Venice, custom growing the culinary ingredients for both the professional and home kitchen. Our practice is committed to maintaining a minimal carbon footprint through sustainable organic methods, regenerative soil management and practices.

On-call consultations with our horticulturist to design/plan bespoke planting plan at each menu change
Custom harvest to chef’s specifications - no waste - every product is plateable
